• Directly responsible for the timely and accurate dissemination of operational information and data to the United States Government (USG).
• Interface with Culmen personnel which includes, but not limited to supervisor(s), coordinators and travel personnel on shift, to receive, consolidate and communicate live, periodic and adhoc updates to the USG.
• Deconflicts information and ensures all USG has the best and accurate operational informational at all times.
• Collaborates with all Team members to communicate specialized or adhoc transportation (e.g. ground or air) to the USG.
• Takes initiative to present cohesive ideas and suggestions to management regarding streamlining or improving internal and external communications.
• Communicate regularly with all members of the Command Center and personnel at other sites.

• 5 years experience working as a Liaison, or similar role, ensuring all organizations or stakeholders have the right information and data, at the right or appropriate time
• 2 years directly working in a private or governmental Command Center, Regional or Operational Center, directly supporting the USG in any domain or function
• Knowledge of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee and Resettlement re-unification program
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
• National Agency Check and Inquiries—NACI Clearance
• Ability to pass a drug test; will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment
