• Integrates and devises a master schedule or plan that clearly outlines all transportation activities at the national level. 
• Distribute transportation schedules or work orders to departments. 
• Revise transportation schedules when required due to design changes, labor or logistical shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management and ground-based logistics teams. 

• Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities. 
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of persons and meet transportation schedules. 
• Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or transportation activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent  
• Excellent technical writing skills 
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Excellent time management skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check 
• HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1 
• National Agency Check and Inquiries—NACI Clearance  

• Experience working with HHS ORR, either directly or within a contractual requirement, in a management capacity 
• Bilingual in English/Spanish 
• Project Management Certification
