• Draft and finalize visuals for process and/or workflows
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of its intended audience
• Disseminate technical procedural information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience
• Assists other writers in creating documentation

Additional Requirement:

• Required to provide recent one-to-two-page writing sample that demonstrates candidates technical writing superior capability

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Literature, Information Technology,  Creative Writing, or other related disciplines
• Ability to understand and explain complex concepts
• Ability to complete multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to interview leaders and translate their direction into written standard operating procedures

• Experience working with ORR, either directly or within a contractual requirement
• Experience with Desk Top Publishing
• Experience with technical editing
• Basic graphic design skills
• Ten years of relevant work experience.
