Culmen is hiring Counter Threat Finance (CTF) Data Integrator to support a global DOD counter threat program.

Develop automated approaches that save analysts time and effort and assist in the discovery of capabilities and datasets. Provide expertise for integration and implementation of new analytic capabilities and/or datasets.
Develop analytical approaches to problems for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists. Employ exploratory analysis and rapid iteration techniques to comb through large volumes of data to quickly derive solutions to intelligence problems. Develop solutions to extract data from various sources, normalize data (deal with imperfections to include missing values and inconsistent formatting), analyze data (develop means to recognize correlations) and visualize data (effective ways for communicating information).
Vet methodologies for evaluating analysis developed using data analysis techniques.
Translate complex technical findings into easily understood graphical, written, visual and verbal narratives that provide insight into trends associated with existing data sources and how to leverage other new data sources.
Contribute to aligning processes and technology to facilitate effective information sharing among analysts and organizations. Utilizes centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, records management systems, and workflow shaping.
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications and specialized experience in the required area of expertise. In lieu of a specific technology-related degree, professional certifications may be evaluated by the Government as educational substitutions.
