Overview

Culmen is hiring a Program Manager to support a global DOD counter threat finance program.

 

The Program Manager will function as the Culmen’s single representative authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Office, Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager (PM), and customer agency representatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.   

  • Manage the contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs.   

  • Provide monthly contract status reports to responsible Government personnel, including the Government PM and/or COR.   

  • Interface with Counternarcotics & Global Threat (CN&GT) staff on status of contract or T/O performance.   

  • Coordinate program review meetings, including arranging facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results.  

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience supporting the Department of Defense.
  • Experience leading project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Experience with CTF/TFI and intelligence oversight

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Willingness to sit for a CI Poly if required.
  • Masters’ degree from an accredited college or university
  • PMP Certification
