Culmen International is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to support the Program Director in overseeing facility projects. The Facilities PM will be responsible for submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and developing effective project communication plans for proper execution. They will also manage specific tasks for their teams with meticulous attention to detail. To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a track record in project management and leadership skills to guide teams of different sizes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure resource availability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain and Operations Management

OR

  • 4+ years experience with progressive employment that shows knowledge of Environmental and Health Safety issues, project management, problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
