Culmen International is seeking a Data Analyst to support a healthcare contract in Silver Springs, Maryland.

The Data Analyst is responsible for conducting advanced statistical analyses, which include multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, and longitudinal analysis. The role requires experience in training and testing machine learning models utilizing advanced statistical coding languages, as well as familiarity with AI-based methods like large language models. The analyst must also create high-quality data visualizations and possess the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

• Master's degree in quantitative psychology, statistics, informatics, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience post-degree
