Culmen International is seeking Youth Care Workers/Shift Leaders/Supervisors to support an upcoming Health and Human Services opportunity.
The positions are responsible for providing direct care supervision for youth residing in care fostering an environment that facilitates learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. Positions are subject to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Youth Care Worker:

Youth Care Worker Supervisor:
Ensure the proper supervision of youth at all times by ensuring ratios are continuously met.
Assist other departments with the coordination of youth outings.
Ensure the daily operation schedule is being followed.
Oversee the intake process and ensure basic needs are being provided in a timely manner.
Ensure services provided to youth are properly documented in the organization’s web-based program.
Review reports and documentation submitted by Direct Care staff for accuracy and timely submission.
Assist with floor coverage as needed.
Create Direct Care work schedule while ensuring 24-hour coverage.
Provide guidance and feedback to employees under their direct supervision to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
Facilitate information as needed for reports and monitoring activities.
Ensure children receive Physical Education, as well as Large Muscle group according to the Daily operational schedule.
Must assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen occurrences.
Travel as needed for youth transportation within the U.S.
Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth, preferably in an ORR setting.
