Culmen International is seeking a FSO Adminstrator to support an upcoming Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlment mission.  The position supervises daily security activities, enforces control, and ensures the company's security policies are strictly followed. They are responsible for creating a secure working environment for employees and visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate security operations within the facility on a day-to-day basis. This includes monitoring security systems, conducting security patrols, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols.

· Develop and implement security measures to create a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors. This may include establishing access control procedures, implementing surveillance systems, and conducting security risk assessments.

· Supervise and provide guidance to a team of security officers. This includes assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure that security personnel effectively carry out their responsibilities.

· In the event of security breaches or emergencies, coordinate response efforts, assess the situation, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks and maintain order.

· Work closely with facility management, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to address security concerns, develop emergency response plans, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

· Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Minimum of (3) years security-related work experience.

· Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.

· Must be computer literate.

· Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.

· Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.

· Possess a valid Driver’s License.

· Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.

· Ability to successfully clear a background check.

· Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.

· Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
