The PSA Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs and policies aimed at preventing sexual abuse. The PSA Compliance Coordinator will work closely with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization follows all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to sexual abuse prevention.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to prevent sexual abuse.

· Investigate and respond to allegations of sexual abuse and ensure that appropriate action is taken in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

· Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on sexual abuse prevention matters.

· Manage and oversee the reporting and tracking of sexual abuse prevention incidents and investigations.

· Maintain knowledge of standards pertaining to Preventing, Detecting, and Responding to Sexual Abuse.

· Manage Significant Incident Report reporting process.

· Conduct regular audits and observations to ensure implementation and compliance of policies, practices, and procedures.

· Monitor PSA training for all staff, contractors, and volunteers.

· Identify and provide technical assistance and corrective action for regulatory risks and deficiencies.

· Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human services, or social services field.

· Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a compliance or HR-related role.

· Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth, preferably in an ORR setting.

· Must be computer literate.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule that could include nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.

· Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.

· Possess a valid Driver’s License.

· Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.

· Ability to successfully clear a background check.

· Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.

· Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
