About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Quality Assurance Director for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.

 

The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for a range of process improvement activities, including data gathering and analysis, process mapping, developing and recommending alternatives for improvement, developing performance metrics, and monitoring post-process improvement initiative performance to updated standards.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of quality control processes and systems to monitor and evaluate service quality throughout the facility.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operation management, direct care workers, case management and clinical to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance metrics and performance indicators to measure and report on quality-related objectives.
  • Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
  • Minimum of (3) three years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of (1) one year supervisory experience.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
