About the Role

Culmen International is hiring an Information Management & Technology Analyst (Journeyman) to provide support for the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and will be onsite in Lakehurst, NJ.  

 

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department. NAWCAD LKE is the lead activity responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and provides support to additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.  The successful execution of these efforts results in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and associated support systems.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Plan, implement and manage organization's information systems and technology infrastructure
  • Ensure effecient and secure operation of IT Systems
  • Manage data storage and retrieval process
  • Develop policies for data governance and compliance
  • Lead efforts to integrate new technologies
  • Maintain system integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Stay current with technological advancements is crucial to drive innovation
  • Continuous improvement within IT landscape
  • Effective communication and project management skills
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Manage IT projects
  • Provide training and support to staff on use of information systems and technology tools
  • Collaborate with Senior Management

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in information assurance
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related scientific or technical discipline
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
