Maintenance Planning & Supportability Analyst (Journeyman)

Culmen International is hiring a Maintenance Planning & Supportability Analyst (Journeyman) to provide support for the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and will be onsite in Lakehurst, NJ.  

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department. NAWCAD LKE is the lead activity responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and provides support to additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.  The successful execution of these efforts results in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and associated support systems.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure reliability and effeciency of equipment and systems
• Experience analyzing maintenance data
• Create detailed maintenance plans, and optimizing supportability processes
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall system performance
• Monitoring of maintenance trends, identify potential issues, and recommending solutions to enhance operational readiness
• Must have effective communication and analytical skills prepare reports and to present findings
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders

• 3+ years experience maintenance planning and supportability experience
• BS Degree 
• Active Secret Clearance

• Master’s Degree
