Laborers

Culmen International is seeking Laborers.

This position is part of a logistics-driven project focused on the organized movement and management of essential supplies. The laborer plays a critical role in ensuring efficient handling, sorting, and preparation of materials for timely distribution to various operational areas.

This position is a temporary duty assignment (TDY) based in a Middle Eastern country, with the specific location to be disclosed during the recruitment process.

Preference will be given to applicants who are nationals of Georgia.

• Load, unload, and move boxes and supplies manually or with basic handling equipment.
• Assist with organizing and staging materials for distribution based on project needs.
• Perform physical inventory counts and support stock tracking and labeling.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures for lifting, moving, and storing materials.
• Support the setup and breakdown of temporary distribution points or supply stations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure task completion.
• Assist in packing or repacking supplies to meet transport or usage requirements.

• Prior experience in manual labor, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy boxes repeatedly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments, including outdoors or under variable conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings or weekends, if required.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts Monday-Friday.
