About the Role

Culmen International is seeking Drivers (Tow Truck).

 

This position supports a logistics-focused project aimed at the safe and efficient transport of vehicles and equipment in dynamic operating environments. The role is critical to maintaining mobility, ensuring timely response, and supporting broader operational needs across designated areas.

 

This position is a temporary duty assignment (TDY) based in a Middle Eastern country, with the specific location to be disclosed during the recruitment process.

 

Preference will be given to applicants who are nationals of Georgia.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Operate various types of tow trucks (e.g., flatbed, wheel-lift) to transport disabled vehicles.
  • Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles, locations, mileage, and time logs.
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and organizational policies during towing operations.
  • Ensure proper handling of vehicles to avoid damage during towing or transport.
  • Keep the tow truck clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating tow trucks
  • 5+ years of experience driving commercial or tow vehicles.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Knowledge of safe towing practices, vehicle loading, and securement procedures.
  • Ability to operate towing equipment such as winches, chains, and tie-downs.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergencies.
  • Basic communication skills in English (preferred).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts Monday-Friday.
