Forklift Operator

Culmen International is seeking Forklift Operator.

This position supports a logistics-focused project by facilitating the safe and efficient handling, movement, and storage of materials and equipment. The forklift operator plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely support for field activities in fast-paced and high-demand environments. 

This position is a temporary duty assignment (TDY) based in a Middle Eastern country, with the specific location to be disclosed during the recruitment process. 

Preference will be given to applicants who are nationals of Georgia. 

•  Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, stack, and move goods safely and efficiently. 
• Assist with inventory management by organizing and tracking materials in storage areas or transport staging zones. 
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. 
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous or fragile items. 
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to fulfill loading/unloading schedules. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment. 
• Accurately complete required documentation for materials handled or moved. 
• Support broader warehouse or logistics functions as needed, including manual handling or packing. 

• 5+ years of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse or logistics environment. 
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and material handling best practices. 
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in varying environmental conditions. 
• Good spatial awareness and attention to detail. 
• Basic communication skills in English (preferred). 
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or extended hours if required. 
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts Monday-Friday.
