The provision of timely and appropriate clinical services is a core component of the facility’s operations and must be aligned with ICE Health Services Design Standards (2023), National Detention Standards (NDS 2019), and all applicable laws and regulations. Medical operations at the facility will be led by licensed professionals responsible for both direct patient care and clinical oversight, ensuring detainees have access to emergency treatment, chronic care management, mental health support, and infection control measures.
