Culmen International is hiring a Logistics Systems Analyst - Level III to provide support for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics, under the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment, is responsible for the department's logistics strategy and policy, supply, storage and distribution, property and equipment, transportation, and program support functions.
The Transportation Directorate is responsible for establishing policies and providing guidance to DoD Components for efficient and effective use of DoD and commercial transportation resources. Transportation Policy is organized under the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics.

Serve as the senior advisor and technical expert in Portfolio Management of Logistics Information Technology (IT).
Expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies as they pertain to DoD IT investments.
Experience in providing Department-level recommendations, advice, and assessments in the areas of Information Technology.
Experience in incorporating revisions, changes, and updates that do not create conflict or violate statutory instructions.
Demonstrate understanding of current supply chain DoD-issuances, their application, and their influence on the LogIT strategy. Issuances to be addressed can include:

A Master’s degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
Master's degree in Supply, Logistics, Supply Chain, English, Communications or a related discipline
