About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency, Real Warriors Campaign (RWC).

 

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Coordinate with government leads, partner agencies, and stakeholders to execute, monitor, and evaluate the Real Warrior Campaign.
  • Manage RWC material and content in all formats and across all platforms that raises awareness of key themes and to disseminate information on topics of interest identified by the campaign.
  • Monitor the performance of campaign activities and to report on RWCs contributions to help-seeking, stigma reduction, and suicide prevention. The contractor shall produce and deliver a monthly progress report (MPR) summarizing contract and campaign performance against objectives.
  • Apply lessons learned from RWC monitoring and needs assessment efforts to conduct continuous quality improvement activities to enhance campaign operations within 3 months of identification.
  • Incorporate project management principles and tools to track campaign-related activities, milestones, and deliverables within 3 months of contract initiation and updated at least semi-annually thereafter.
  • Develop, apply, and revise standard operating procedures to capture common and recurring campaign tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support such as coordination of meetings, note taking, preparing meeting minutes, development of briefings, talking points, and facilitating contract travel requests.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing contracts with two (2) years of experience supporting nation-wide public health campaigns

• Experience managing psychological health, public health campaigns and experience coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations is preferred.  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
