Motorcycle Fleet Operations Maintenance Support (Panama)

Culmen International is looking for a Motorcycle Fleet Operations Maintenance Support to provide motorcycle operation and maintenance as well as sustain the Suzuki Fleet to improve Border Security.

This position requires the selected candidate to reside in Panama City, Panama.  Culmen to provide life support.

• Provide comprehensive maintenance support for the cutting-edge Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles, ensuring reliability and operational excellence.
• Deliver expert Technical Assistance and Customer Support in maintaining and operating the innovative Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections and proactive routine maintenance of the reliable Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles to ensure their optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of Suzuki Motorcycle issues, ensuring swift and effective repairs to maximize fleet availability.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for Inspectors, Supervisors, and Maintenance Management to empower them with essential skills and knowledge.

• 5+ years of experience serving as technical support on the Suzuki Motorcycle or similar equipment.
• 5+ years of experience performing maintenance inspections and repair on Suzuki Motorcycles
• Proficient in both verbal and written support/instruction in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to repair and/or replace components and sub-components of the Suzuki Fleet.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain language proficiency level 3 for English and Level 2 Latin American Spanish.
• Must be a US citizen; must be able to obtain and maintain a US Passport.
• Must be able to travel extensively both domestically and internationally unassisted.
• Must have a US driver’s license or be able to obtain a US driver’s license before arrival in the country, and be comfortable driving in the US and PN countries.
