Lead and oversee administrative operations within assigned BARDA divisions.
Manage tracking systems for deliverables, reports, and contract documentation.
Support senior management with performance analytics, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Ensure compliance with all reporting and security protocols under federal regulations.
Mentor junior administrative staff and coordinate team activities.
Contribute to strategic planning and program implementation processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or public administration.
7–10+ years of progressively responsible administrative and program support experience.
Proven expertise managing multi-project operations in a government or scientific organization.
Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential data within government systems.
Experience supporting HHS/BARDA or related biomedical programs.
Knowledge of medical countermeasure development or emergency preparedness operations.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and documentation standards.
