Provide programmatic and administrative support for BARDA program offices.
Assist in data collection, document management, and progress tracking for active projects.
Support coordination of meetings, travel, and stakeholder communication.
Contribute to performance reporting, deliverable tracking, and document control.
Maintain compliance with security, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific/life sciences.
10+ years of experience providing administrative or program support in a federal or research environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, and file management tools.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Experience working within biomedical or public health programs.
Understanding of federal acquisition and reporting processes.
