About the Role

 

Culmen International is seeking a Logistics Facilities Program Manager to lead contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facility Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB).

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

This role ensures seamless daily operations, mission continuity, and high-quality customer support for WHS, OSD, the Joint Staff, and Pentagon tenants. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for government leadership and is responsible for planning, directing, and executing all contractual requirements associated with Facility Logistics Services.

 

  • Oversee and coordinate all technical and operational activities under the Facility Logistics Services contract.

  • Maintain full authority to act on behalf of Culmen for all matters related to contract performance and technical scope execution.

  • Provide technical support across government programs to ensure effective facilities management, logistics coverage, and resource allocation.

  • Identify developing technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain mission continuity.

  • Direct and supervise employees assigned to the program.

  • Respond to customer service requests from FOSD, RLSB Dock Master Office, Property Management, WHS, OSD, and Joint Staff customers.

  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and customer-focused operations across all supported offices and locations.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship (permanent).

  • Experience requirements (one of the following):

    • Minimum 10 years of industry experience overseeing facility/logistics management for at least one project of similar complexity
      (>$5M, providing facility logistics support to 3+ offices across 7+ locations)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related field plus 5 years of qualifying experience

    • Active PMP certification plus 5 years of qualifying experience

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Active certifications in:

    • Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

    • OSHA

    • Forklift Operations

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
