Culmen International is seeking a Lead Material Coordinator to oversee contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RSLB), with a focus on supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions.
The Lead Material Coordinator is responsible for managing all project activities, action items, and overall project functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with government standards.
Supervise contract employees by assigning, directing, and monitoring ramp and warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory of government-owned property.
Review and validate DD Form 1348 to ensure proper government approval.
Review and validate DD Form 1150 to track assets, including quantity, location, and proper disposal using completed DD Form 1348.
Ensure custodians receive updated copies of hand receipts or change documents (DD Form 1150).
Complete DPAS training within 15 days after contract award for roles including: Data Inquiry, Agency Reports and Forms, Accountable Update without price adjustment, Asset Identifier, Asset Receiver, Asset Transfer, Maintenance and Utilization Dispatch Specialist, and Data Inquiry.
Maintain strict compliance with property accountability standards, warehouse processes, and safety regulations.
Oversee high-volume warehouse operations and multi-site asset management to meet strict performance and mission-critical requirements.
U.S. Citizenship
Seven (7) years of industry experience in facility/logistics support services, including at least one project of comparable complexity:
High-volume warehouse oversight with thousands of items processed daily through the RDF
1,500+ annual service tasks and dozens of weekly shipments, deliveries, and turn-ins
Biweekly inventory cycles across multiple warehouse nodes
48-hour processing deadlines for all accountable property documents
Multi-state (250-mile radius) operations
Government property accountability, DPAS and FIAR-compliant asset management
Disposal and surplus coordination across multiple sites
Move operations, post-move audits, and strict safety/MHE/SPV compliance
High-visibility, mission-critical support impacting senior officers
High School Diploma
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Active certifications in:
Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
OSHA
Forklift Operations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
