Culmen International is seeking a Logistics/Materials Coordinator to provide logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB), specifically supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions.
The Logistics/Materials Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination between all project participants, including contractors, subcontractors, and government personnel, to maintain smooth operational support.
Perform logistics coordination duties, including DPAS data entry, planning and orchestrating movements of equipment and personnel to and from warehouses, lease facilities, and disposal sites.
Conduct warehouse logistics tasks such as inventory management, issuing, transferring, and property turn-ins.
Perform technical evaluations of third-party logistics vendors to support moves, relocations, and surplus operations.
Operate government-provided vehicles safely, conduct equipment inspections, maintain logs, and safeguard government vehicles and property.
Assist in the set-up and breakdown of special events, ceremonies, and agency-specific sites, ensuring minimal disruption.
Respond to customer service requests, handling packages, supporting moves, managing inventory, performing logistics, and maintaining property accountability.
Support the setup, movement, arrangement, installation, and dismantling of system and executive furniture as required by the agency.
Complete DPAS training within 15 days after contract award for roles including: Data Inquiry, Agency Reports and Forms, Accountable Update without price adjustment, Asset Identifier, Asset Receiver, Asset Transfer, Maintenance and Utilization Dispatch Specialist, and Data Inquiry.
U.S. Citizenship
High School Diploma
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Active certifications in:
Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
OSHA
Forklift Operations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
