About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Sr Programmer Analyst to lead programming strategy, system architecture, and technical support for major software components of the pSMILE program, mentors other analysts.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Oversee complex system development and integration.
  • Ensure system security, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for technical staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Extensive programming and systems analysis experience.
  • Ability to lead complex software projects and cross‐functional collaboration.
