Culmen International is seeking a Maintenance and Training Long Range Scheduler to support our client onsite in Bahrain.
Candidates should be located in Bahrain.
Maintain and update CNSG‑C ship CNO availability schedules to support operational requirements, modernization efforts, overhaul policies, and port and shipyard capacity. Manage proposed schedule changes through the chain of command for concurrence prior to release. Review and disseminate message traffic affecting CNO availability planning, execution, or long‑range maintenance to appropriate N43 stakeholders.
Represent surface ship scheduling interests in Long‑Range Maintenance Planning (LRMP) forums, including the Surface Master Plan, Availability Duration Scorecard reviews, and related instruction updates. Participate in Fleet Forces Command and NAVCENT schedule review processes. Coordinate with CNSL N43 and N3 personnel on schedule changes with potential operational or maintenance impacts.
Serve as liaison with OPNAV, USFFC, NAVCENT, CNSL, CNSP, SYSCOMs, Regional Maintenance Centers, and naval shipyards to ensure short‑ and long‑term schedules align with Global Force Management and OPNAV N43 capability planning timelines. Provide guidance and recommendations on instructions related to CNO availability scheduling and duration.
Coordinate meetings and conferences to align near‑term CNO maintenance availabilities with port workloads and drydock capacity, and disseminate approved schedules within CNSG‑C. Develop and manage integrated long‑range training plans supporting Basic Phase completion and certification, and routinely engage operational scheduling entities to promote efficient resource allocation.
