Culmen International is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our client onsite in Bahrain.
Candidates should be located in Bahrain.
Provide technical support to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate mission-area assessments, training programs, and certification standards. Serve as a liaison with Fleet staffs, units, training activities, SYSCOMs, and research and development organizations to ensure training aligns with current policies. Maintain and update electronic training completion records for both online and classroom courses.
Coordinate and support training events, including facility reservations, equipment setup, attendance tracking, and event announcements. Collect, organize, and maintain training materials, and provide administrative support for training analysis. Develop and manage integrated, long-range training plans in coordination with CNSG‑C and external organizations through Basic Phase completion and certification validation.
Serve as the Advance Skills Management (ASM) administrator, responsible for personnel qualifications, training records, and account management. Manage and support readiness and safety systems, including DRRS‑S, ASM, and ESAMS, and produce readiness briefs, daily pier laydowns, and schedules. Maintain training records, track mandatory training requirements, and review training instructions with recommendations for improvement.
Lead knowledge management (KM) initiatives as the CNSG‑C KM transformation and change agent. Develop knowledge-sharing processes, advise senior leadership, and implement KM strategies that enhance collaboration, situational awareness, and decision-making. Identify and integrate government and industry KM best practices, and promote the use of virtual teams, Communities of Practice, and subject matter experts.
Participate in command and staff meetings to support command knowledge requirements. Support organizational goals through cultural change initiatives, leadership education, and KM advocacy. Coordinate with metrics and lessons-learned points of contact to support continuous improvement. Serve as the Collaboration at Sea (CAS) administrator, managing site content and user access. Act as Command School Coordinator, enrolling personnel, tracking attendance, and managing TYCOM waivers as required.
