About the Role

 

Culmen is hiring End User Monitor (EUM) Specialists to support our work on-site in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

 

Position is located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Housing may be available.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

End User Monitor Specialists assist the programs focus on strengthening law enforcement, public security, and criminal justice institutions to help restore stability and reduce violence in the country’s precarious security environment.

 

EUM Specialists will be conducting EUM and evaluation activities.  This position requires the flexibility to travel extensively while maintaining high operational standards and following the strategic protocols established by our project leadership. 

 

Role requires working in a dynamic or high-risk environment where adaptability, discretion, and operational security are paramount.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to conduct field inspections in challenging environments
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, risk assessment abilities, and independent operational skills.
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National.
  • Ability to obtain MRPT if U.S. Citizen.
  • Fluency in Haitian Creole required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.
  • Able and licensed to drive armored vehicles.
  • Ability to travel without restriction throughout Haiti.
