Security Assistance Mentors and Cultural Advisor (SAMA) Site Lead

Culmen International LLC is looking to hire Security Assistance Mentors and Cultural Advisor Site Lead.   

The SAMAs will play a crucial role in assisting the Iraqi Ministry of Defense to improve MoD, Counter Terrorism Service (CTS), and MoPA performance to attain the capability to organize, train, equip, and sustain all Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) through Security Assistance (SA) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). 

• Maintain accountability and submit PERSTAT daily.
• Update the COR on SAMA personnel travel, as required
• Coordinate movements to include Embassy Air flights, DOS Charter flights, ground movements, and Distinguished visitor movements.
• Provide monthly summary of movements. 

• U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Fluent in Arabic
• Possesses demonstrated skills and experience commensurate with those expected of a military non-commissioned officer with 8 – 12 years’ experience in leadership positions
• Experience planning and executing operations or an equivalent amount of corporate or private sector management experience
• Proficient and experienced in coordinating air and ground movements, maintaining visibility of movements; duties may include force protection assessments, current operations, logistics, serving as subject matter expert for air and ground movements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (including at a minimum Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral skills
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor's Degree
