About the Role

 

Culmen International is seeking a Support Agreement Management Specialist to support the Naval Medical Research Unit–Dayton (NAMRU-D) Administrative Support Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Provide comprehensive support agreement coordination services in accordance with DoD and DoN policy and processes. (weekly) 
  • Ensure that all internal and external support agreements (e.g., Interservice Support Agreements [ISSAs], Intra-Governmental Support Agreements [IGSAs], MOAs, MOUs) are documented, reviewed, tracked, coordinated, and routed in compliance with higher-level agreements and approval authorities. (weekly) 
  • Maintain an accurate and current inventory of all active, pending, and expiring support agreements relevant to the command. (weekly) 
  • Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal or close-out actions, ensuring that agreements are successfully developed and implemented accurately and on schedule. (weekly) 
  • Review support agreements for compliance with overarching support agreements and notify the government of conflicts or inconsistencies. (weekly) 
  • Prepare and complete required documentation (e.g., DD Form 1144, Treasury Form 7600A/B) in coordination with government stakeholders. (weekly) 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., NMRC, BUMED, service providers) to ensure proper routing and final approvals. (weekly) 
  • Maintain a digital support agreement repository and provide version control, status tracking, and audit trails. (weekly) 
  • Submit weekly status updates of support agreements, including new, pending, expiring, and problem cases. (weekly) 
  • Identify opportunities for consolidating or standardizing support agreements to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. (weekly) 

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Associate’s degree or higher level in a related field required. 
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the acquisition and procurement fields. 
  • Familiarity with regulations such as the FAR. 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement record management.
