About the Role

 

Culmen International is seeking a Training Management Specialist to support the Naval Medical Research Unit–Dayton (NAMRU-D) Administrative Support Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Assist in compiling, updating, and implementing Command Annual Training Requirements (Weekly) 
  • Track command training compliance, send reminders to department points of contact, advise leadership of training compliance status, and update command training records (Monthly/Quarterly) 
  • Coordinate preparations for Command training sessions and maintain training completion records (Quarterly) 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. 
  • 4 years of relevant experience in training management, personnel, and general administration functions. 
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite programs, for generating training reports and official correspondence. 
  • Proficient in records management, coordinating, and scheduling.  
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and have excellent oral and written communication skills
