Aviation Logistician SME - Short Term Consultancy

Support modernization of Royal Jordanian Air Force human capital development system, logistics organization, policies and procedure, maintenance and operations functions, and fully incorporated capability-based planning in order to effectively employ U.S. provided equipment, be prepared to join in coalition operations, and be fully capable of protecting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan/s borders. Anticipated travel to Jordan July 12-16 with CONUS pre and post TDY hours.  Total labor hours up to 240 from June 1 through September 30, 2026. 

Support RJAF efforts to enact an approved Maritime Operations Focused Assessment (MOFA) Implementation Plan, with an emphasis on developing a culture of quality, establishing a maintenance operations safety program, enhancing inventory-based management, improving integrated supply and maintenance operations, and establishing the groundwork for an automated logistics management system. 

• 20+ years of experience in aviation logistics;
• Knowledge and experience with global supply chain management, distribution management, and obsolescence management;
• Knowledge and logistics experience with life cycle management, life cycle costing, resource management programs, and readiness reporting;
• Knowledge and experience with levels of maintenance operations and fleet management programs;
• Experience with logistics planning and doctrine development; and
• Extensive experience coordinating with allies and partners
• Secret clearance

• Former O-6;
• Data analytics experience; and
• Logistics experience at a Service Headquarters or USAF Air Combat Command.
