About the Role

Support the Royal Jordanian Air Force through a structured analysis of alternatives (AoA) culminating in a July FY2026 out-brief to RJAF leadership. To provide a basis for analysis and resulting options, ISG-J is conducting a thorough review of RJAF F-16, AH-1, and UH-60 missions (both Jordanian and coalition) and associated training and sustainment requirements. Three requirement categories—operations, training, and sustainment—form the basis of analysis. For each platform, the AoA assesses necessary modifications to current operational and training tasks using current aircraft types and numbers and a combination of current and alternative aircraft. Anticipated travel July 14-16 with CONUS prep and post hours from June 1 through September 30, 2026 with total labor hours up to 240 hours.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

Finalize development of a structured, platform-focused RJAF Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)—focused on operations, training, and sustainment—and deliver an associated out-brief to RJAF leadership. Already under development, the AoA focuses on the F-16 platform and is intended to facilitate the RJAF’s transition from its legacy F-16 fleet to Block 70 aircraft.
