Culmen International is looking for Border Security Trainers that will develop, tailor, and deliver operational training and practical exercises that strengthen partner-country border enforcement capabilities in support of EXBS objectives in Armenia. The Trainer will help customs, border, law enforcement, and other relevant agencies improve their ability to identify, target, inspect, interdict, and investigate illicit transfers of strategic commodities, dual-use items, conventional arms, and proliferation-sensitive materials.
This is for a future opportunity expected early Fall 2026. This position will be an Independent Consultant (1099) assignment.
